Ingram insurance has been very good for my wife and I. Recently we purchased a new home and found ourselves pretty stressed as we worked to qualify and pursue quotes from other providers. Everyone was sky high or super choosy and treated us as if our old, but well-restored property was not one they would want to take on. It was not until we were referred to our current agent (David “Lee” Cramer) that everything became much easier and we felt like we had someone who was looking out for us. Lee goes above and beyond in maintaining good communication, making himself available (sometimes at only a moments notice), and following through after making promises. After chatting with bots and interfacing with the online big insurance machine for many years-it feels good to be able to know our insurance salesman again. I may even look him up and try to grab a cup of coffee the next time I’m driving through Dayton, Ohio. Thank you for getting us dialed in Lee and the Ingram Insurance team!!! We couldn’t be happier.
